1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and nsfeph ("nsfeph," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the nsfeph online gaming platform accessible at nsfeph.net and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

nsfeph operates as a PAGCOR-regulated online casino and sportsbook, duly licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) to offer online gaming services to eligible players within the Republic of the Philippines. nsfeph reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and participate in any gaming activity on nsfeph. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. nsfeph employs strict Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to confirm the age and identity of all registered players. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and any balance therein will be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The nsfeph Platform is intended solely for use by residents and persons physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of play. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted is not permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of nsfeph complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on nsfeph. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

2.4 Registration Information

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and valid contact details. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. nsfeph is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by you.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your nsfeph login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. nsfeph will never contact you to request your password through any channel including email, live chat, SMS, or telephone.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify nsfeph customer support immediately via the contact details provided on this page. nsfeph will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon notification. All transactions conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorised access remain your responsibility unless nsfeph determines otherwise through its investigation.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

nsfeph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, or UMID), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by nsfeph may result in temporary account restrictions or suspension of withdrawal requests.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your nsfeph account at any time by contacting customer support. nsfeph reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or regulatory requirements. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, less any applicable charges.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Currency

All transactions on nsfeph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made through foreign currency sources may be subject to conversion fees applied by your payment provider; nsfeph is not responsible for any currency conversion charges.

4.2 Deposit Methods

nsfeph accepts deposits through the following approved payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, and Visa/Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed at the point of deposit and may be amended by nsfeph from time to time.

4.3 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the applicable limits and verification requirements. nsfeph aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the standard processing window disclosed on the Platform. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or fulfilment of applicable bonus wagering requirements.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

nsfeph is obligated to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines and PAGCOR's anti-money laundering regulations. Transactions that appear inconsistent with legitimate gaming activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities. nsfeph reserves the right to request documentation establishing the source of funds deposited into your account.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional credits issued by nsfeph are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time the offer is made, including applicable wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this Agreement, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are generally subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each promotion's terms. nsfeph reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any associated winnings if it determines that the bonus has been claimed in a manner inconsistent with the stated terms.

5.3 Abuse of Promotions

Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play with other players to meet wagering requirements, or placing hedged bets across casino and sportsbook to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering conditions — constitutes abuse of promotions and is strictly prohibited. nsfeph reserves the right to withdraw promotional eligibility and close accounts engaged in such conduct.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on nsfeph — including Sic Bo, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Slots, Fishing Games, Bingo, and Sports Betting — are governed by individual game rules accessible within the Platform. By participating in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that game.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay, nsfeph's system records shall be the definitive source of truth for determining the outcome of any wager. nsfeph is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on your end. Where a technical error on nsfeph's side demonstrably affects the outcome of a wager, nsfeph will apply a fair resolution at its reasonable discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

When using the nsfeph Platform, you agree not to:

• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Engage in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in casino games or sports betting;
• Attempt to exploit software errors, game vulnerabilities, or pricing inefficiencies to gain an unfair advantage;
• Conduct, facilitate, or assist with money laundering or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process;
• Transfer account balances or winnings to other players or third parties;
• Access the Platform if you are a self-excluded player or if you are accessing from a restricted jurisdiction;
• Engage in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward nsfeph staff or other players.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the nsfeph Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of nsfeph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without the express written consent of nsfeph is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nsfeph's total liability to you in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nsfeph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nsfeph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if nsfeph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

nsfeph does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific games.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the nsfeph Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how nsfeph collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and relevant PAGCOR data protection requirements. 12. Amendments to These Terms

nsfeph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where required by applicable law or PAGCOR regulations, material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-Platform notification with reasonable advance notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through nsfeph's internal complaint resolution process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any regulatory complaint mechanism available under PAGCOR's rules.

Players wishing to file a complaint should first contact nsfeph customer support. nsfeph will acknowledge all complaints within two (2) business days and aim to provide a full resolution within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
